One more week till our first meet of the season and Dover Pentathlon! See attached the entries, double check all info is correct before we submit them at the end of today to host team.

We are still missing meet commitment forms from your swimmers… we have 74 responses received so far and 88 swimmers on the roster… please fill out the form if you are one of the 14 missing!!!

Coach Thelred and coach Brian are working on the lineup for next Saturday, we need to know who will swim at the meet. If we do not receive a form, we will assume they are not swimming.

We also received the flyer for the next invitational that will take place on 11/25/2023 Trojan Fall Festival – for 10 and under swimmers. Please see attached the flyer with all info for that. Online store link is in the flyer, it closes on 11/12/2023. Entries are due by 11/16/2023. Entry form is on the last page of the flyer, drop off at the pool together with payment. 

Lastly, the Zoom link for the Stroke and Turn Official training that will take place tomorrow 11/5/2023 at 7pm – this is one of the positions we need parents to train for. Let me know if you attend please!

Two more days left (today and tomorrow) to bring your entries and payment for Dover Pentathlon!! We only have very few entries at the pool and we usually have a lot of swimmers swimming this meet. Please see attached the flyer again, last page has the entry form that needs to be filled out and dropped at the pool with payment. One form per swimmer, high school swimmers are welcome to attend this meet as well!!

SGSC has to send the entries to Dover this weekend, no late entries are accepted so don’t delay!

Dover Pentathlon 2023.pdf

No practice today, 10/25/2023

We sent on 10/15/23 the October calendar as an attachment. This is something we are planning on doing at the beginning of each month. Please save that calendar and reference it throughout that particular month when you are not sure if there are practices or not. We will not send reminders unless there is a last minute change that was not marked on the calendar as far as cancellations or changes in practice schedules. We are trying to save time and effort not create more work for us :)

Also, as a reminder, don’t forget to fill out the Meet Commitment form, we are approaching fast the due date of 11/4/2023 and there are plenty of people who did not answer yet. CLICK HERE for the form – one for each swimmer.
